Bright Emotions is a not-for-profit company encouraging the well-being of children & families through creative and therapeutic interventions.

I started Bright Emotions in 2020; having battled with my mental health from a young age and being a parent myself, I felt I understood the challenges faced by parents and children and realised there was not enough support available. Being late diagnosed ADHD/Autistic I recognise the significance of a holistic approach to well-being. What may be effective one day might not be the next, differing from person to person. I constantly enhance my awareness of my needs and integrate this understanding into my work.

At Bright Emotions, we are dedicated to transforming lives through early intervention emotional literacy.

Our mission is to empower children & families with the knowledge, tools, and techniques they need to navigate life's emotional challenges and provide them with a safe space to let it out.

We stand committed to bridging the gap in services, particularly for children on waiting lists or not meeting the threshold for other services.

By fostering emotional literacy and equipping families with sustainable skills, we aim to create a future where every child's emotional well-being is prioritised and supported.

What We Offer
