Family Support
We offer free consultation calls and introductory meetings for you and your child across all our services. Recognising the sensitivity of sharing personal information, we aim to create a secure and comfortable environment for you and your family.
Our services are flexible and can be tailored to suit your child’s specific needs. In addition to supporting your child, we extend support to our parents, equipping you with tools and techniques to navigate big feelings with your child and ways to foster a healthy parent-child relationship.

The sessions allow children to build on their understanding and management of emotions. Our programme increases a child’s self-esteem, confidence, self-awareness, and overall well-being, by using a creative and therapeutic approach.

A therapeutic technique that is on the play continuum. This non-verbal therapeutic intervention allows your child to express their feelings and thoughts that might be difficult to communicate with words alone.

Fitness & Feelings
We all understand the importance of physical activity and the positive effects this can have on our mental health. We believe that psycho-education is just as important, so we’ve combined the two!
