We offer free consultation calls and introductory meetings for children, families and schools across all our services. Recognising the sensitivity of sharing personal information, we aim to create a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.

Our services are flexible and can be tailored to suit every child and family’s needs.

Feelings First

 

Emotional Literacy Programme (ages 4-11)

A proactive structured course using creative and therapeutic tools to develop a child’s understanding, expression and management of emotions.

The sessions utilise crafting, activities and discussions as a way to help develop practical and healthy coping strategies that work throughout life. Our programme has been proven to increase a child’s self-esteem, confidence, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing.

Offered as 1-1 or group from our Bright Hub or Local Primary Schools

ADHD/AuDHD Coaching

 

Neurodivergent Coaching (ages 7+ including teens and parents/carers)

We offer coaching that supports children and young people with ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent experiences. Helping individuals to understand their brain, emotions and unique thinking. Manage frustration, anxiety and impulsivity. Use tools for memory, organisation and time management. Navigate friendships, communication and rejection sensitivity (RSD). Set goals and boost motivation. Problem-solve creatively and playfully. Embrace and love who they are.

Bespoke Emotion Coaching

 

Bespoke Emotion Coaching (ages 5+)

We understand that every child and family is unique, which is why our coaching is fully tailored to your child’s individual needs. We use a blend of creative, therapeutic and evidence based approaches, designing sessions around your child’s goals, strengths and challenges.

Drawing & Talking Therapy

 

A Therapeutic Intervention (ages 5+)

Drawing and Talking is a safe and gentle therapeutic approach. The technique is intended to allow your child to play, by drawing a picture, and process any emotions they are holding internally.

A practitioner provides a safe non-intrusive environment, letting your child work at their own pace.

Offered as 1-1, groups, whole classes or families from our Bright Hub or Local Primary Schools

Sand Play Therapy

 

A Therapeutic Intervention (ages 4+)

This non-verbal therapeutic intervention which is on the play continuum, allows your child to express their feelings and thoughts that might be difficult to communicate with words alone.

Children are presented with a sand tray and a wide range of miniature figures to create their own ‘world’. This process is guided by the child’s interactions, where a practitioner observes and supports your child without judgement.

Family Craft Workshops

 

Adult & Child Workshops (ages 4-11)

Hands on workshops that encourage creativity, imagination and connection. By combining crafting, emotional literacy and teaching calming techniques, we provide families with a holistic approach to wellbeing.

It empowers your family with creative outlets, emotional expression and valuable skills to navigate their inner world and fosters mental wellbeing.

ADHD Foundations

 

ADHD Foundations - 6 Week Course (Parents/Carers & Professionals)

Over the weeks we explore executive functioning (why everyday tasks feel harder), sensory needs & environments (and how they can affect behaviour), what parents/carers/professionals really need to know (support, not pressure), ADHD & relationship (connection over correction).

Movement is Medicine (MIM)

 

Movement is Medicine’ aka ‘MIM’

A fitness class using music and movement to release stress, trauma and promote emotional regulation.

Offering both adult (18+) sessions and family (all ages) sessions.
